Wooded Retreat in a Sunderman Home

Tucked in a wooded subdivision of Cedar Rapids near Ely, one of Sunderman Construction’s newest homes offers the convenience of the city in a secluded setting.

The four-bedroom, three-bath home, at 4915 Misty Morning Ct. SW, takes full advantage of the scenery, with stunning views of rolling hills and timber. Located on a 2.25 acre wooded lot, the home’s location provides privacy, but with quick access to the city via Highway 30.

Kentucky dry stack on the exterior sets the tone for the natural feel indoors. Walking inside, the first impression is a spectacular one, with a wall of windows in the living room overlooking the woods. While the room is wired, there really is no need for a television screen, as nature provides the focal point.
